アリンコネット – あるSEのログ2

以前はお気に入りの同期をツールを使って試行錯誤していたが、最近Googleツールバー経由でGoogleBookmarksを使用する事で職場と自宅、FireFoxとIEのお気に入りを全て管理できている。これは本当に便利。

以前から自宅と職場のお気に入りの同期について困っていたが、GMarksというFireFoxのアドンで解消できそう。

以前からお気に入りの二重管理がいやでIEのお気に入りをそのまま使えるDonutsシリーズしか使っていなかったが、これを気にFireFoxに移行した。

Refreshとか意味もわからず押したら、お気に入りデータが破損する場合があったので若干の不安もあるが、今のところかなり便利に使ってる。

最近ZoneAlarmの調子が悪い。

最新版(JP)の65.725.000にアップデートしたら、タスクトレイのアイコンが表示されない場合があった。
起動していないのかと思えばプロセスとしてzclient.exe(?)は存在しているし、設定画面を表示させる為にスタートメニューより起動しようとしても「アクセスできません」的なダイアログが出るだけ。
※どうも地雷だったらしい(汗

OSを再インストールしても同じ現象だった為、他へ乗り換えるかWindows標準のファイヤーウォールを使用しようかとも考えた。
ただ、Windows標準では外部発信のブロックができないのは困る。結局、目ぼしい乗り換え先も見つからないため旧バージョンをバージョンチェック無しで使用することに。

ついでにウィルスチェックに使用しているAVGもアップデートしようと思ったが、ふとavast!の事を思い出してこちらへ乗り換え。

UNIXコマンドをDOSで使えるらしい。

最近USBの認識できる起動FDというか起動CD-ROMが欲しくて探したらたどり着いた。
